This page explains what Eleven Creative Studio collects through elevencreativestudio.com and what we do with it.

  1. 01

    What we collect

When you send a brief through our contact form, we receive your name, your email address, the type of project you selected and the message you wrote. We only collect what you choose to send.

We also use Vercel Web Analytics to understand how the site is used, such as which pages are visited and roughly where visitors come from. It does not use cookies and does not identify you personally.

  2. 02

    How we use it

We use the information from the form only to reply to you and to prepare a proposal for your project. We do not sell, rent or share it for marketing.

  3. 03

    Who processes it

The site is hosted by Vercel. Form messages are delivered to our inbox by Resend, an email delivery service. Both process the data on our behalf and only to provide their service.

  4. 04

    How long we keep it

We keep project conversations for as long as they are useful to the working relationship, and delete them when you ask us to.

  5. 05

    Your choices

You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the information you sent us. Just write to contact@elevencreativestudio.com.
